Breakdown Response Times
At Advanced Business Technologies we realise how important it is to keep your office running efficiently. We ensure that in the event of a breakdown a technician will be dispatched to your premises within a four hour response time. (Your account manager will outline the terms and conditions)

Technicians
Our Experienced Technicians are factory trained by Sharp. ABT has a dynamic parts holding in excess of $3 million dollars with each technician carrying over $40,000 of stock in each vehicle. This ensures that your machine has minimum downtime as most parts are stocked in Brisbane.

IT Support
Each of our Technicians is cross-trained to address all IT issues as they relate to your Sharp equipment. This eliminates the need for further calls to be placed for IT support on ABT supplied connected products.

Service Dispatch
Before a call is dispatched to a technician, our on-line inventory control system automatically selects the nearest technician with the required parts. This has increased efficiency to the point that less than 3% of calls require a second visit.
