All goods remain the property of SharpAbt until paid for in full.
It is the customers responsibility to carefully choose the goods ordered.
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the received goods upon arrival to ensure that the goods are as per order and received in good condition. Any Discrepancies between the recieved goods and goods ordered must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Prior to returning the goods you must fill out a GRA (goods return authority). The GRA form can be downloaded here.
The GRA must then be emailed to gra@sharpabt.com.au or faxed back to 07 3391 9299.
Once the GRA is approved, we will return the form to you so that you can attach it with the goods to be returned.
